I am a Reiki practitioner based in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and the founder of House Of Energy Exchange. With a mission to help people manage stress and transform their approach to challenges, I offer a holistic blend of Usui Reiki, Kemetic Reiki, guided meditation, breath work, and crystal healing. Originally from New Jersey and raised in California, I relocated to Virginia in the early 2000s. My diverse background and certifications enable me to provide personalized energy healing experiences that support emotional and physical well-being.
