I am a Reiki practitioner and the heart behind House Of Energy Exchange in Virginia Beach, Virginia. My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins within, and my purpose is to help others quiet the noise, release what weighs them down, and step into a lighter, more aligned way of being. Through the gentle yet powerful practices of Usui Reiki, Kemetic Reiki, guided meditation, breath work, and crystal healing, I hold space for transformation—mind, body, and spirit.

Born in New Jersey, raised beneath the California sun, and now grounded in Virginia since the early 2000s, my journey has been shaped by diverse experiences that deepen my connection to people from all walks of life.
